Cyclades

The Cyclades are an island group of about 220 islands in the Aegean Sea southeast of mainland Greece. Many were formed by volcanic activity making them mountainous rocky formations yet filled with lush valleys. They encapsulate some of the world’s most enchanting islands rich in history, culture and sheer beauty. Ionian Islands

The Ionian Islands are known as “The Seven Islands” even though they are actually a series of 12 occupying the Ionian Sea off the west coast of Greece. The larger ones being Corfu, Paxi, Lefkada, Ithaki, Kefalonia, Zakynthos, and Kythira and the smaller being Antipaxi, Erikousa, Mathraki, Othoni, and Meganisi. The villages across the islands represent traditional old-world history and charm.
