Travel & Trip Insurance Recommendation: The Charterer is strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage. The Owner, Broker, and Stakeholder shall not be held liable for any financial loss due to cancellation, delay, travel disruption, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to obtain insurance is at the Charterer’s sole risk. 6. Crew & Operational Changes: Crew assignments are subject to change due to operational requirements. Any replacement crew will be suitably qualified and experienced and shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation. 7. NOT INCLUDED IN THE CHARTER FEE: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Charter Fee does not include: Dockage (marinas), airport transfers and ground transportation, shore excursions and activities, fishing licenses (if applicable), crew gratuity, and three meals to take ashore. All such expenses are the responsibility of the Charterer and must be paid onboard or as otherwise arranged.
