- Holiday Rates (2026/2027) — 7-night minimum Christmas Week: $28,800 flat (2– 6 guests). Must end no later than Dec 26. New Year’s Week: $31,200 flat (2– 6 guests). Contract: CYA agreement — please request contract information - Minimum Age: 5 years old - Waivers: Yacht requires a signed waiver for each guest --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Special Conditions: - Smoking is not permitted anywhere onboard the vessel. - A crew gratuity of 15%-20% of the Charter Fee is customary and at the discretion of the Charterer. - The conduct and entertainment of children on board are the Charterer's responsibilities. The minimum age for all guests on board is 5 years old at the start of the charter, and the Charterer is responsible for ensuring compliance with this condition. - Should there be any concerns about the charter once it is underway, for any reason, the CHARTERER must immediately notify both the BROKER and the OWNER by telephone and / or email so that the concerns can be overcome during the term of the Charter. Concerns cannot be raised after the charter as this denies the opportunity for the OWNER to rectify. - It is highly recommended that the CHARTERER considers obtaining Personal Travel Insurance. - Water toys - conditions of use: Should any damage or loss occur caused by the CHARTERER, the CHARTERER agrees to reimburse the OWNER with sufficient funds required for replacement or repair. The OWNER agrees to supply the CHARTERER with sufficient receipts in proof of the funds needed should damage, loss, repair or replacement occur. - For charters outside of the British Virgin Islands, Customs, immigration and port fees may be an additional extra. **Use for non BVI charters only** - Use of any watersports equipment—including but not limited to sea scooters, paddleboards, wakeboards, kayak and similar recreational gear—is subject to each participating guest signing a liability waiver prior to use. The Captain reserves the right to deny access to any guest who has not signed the required waiver.
