BVI Customs fees and cruising permits are included in the rate. *Short Charters Available* 24hr turns available. Please inquire. HOLIDAYS: 2026/27 Christmas Flat Rate $27,000 inquire about pick up and drop off. 7 night minimum. New Years Flat Rate $28,000 inquire about pick up. 7 night minimum.

SLEEP ABOARD: $2,000 Sleep aboard the night before the charter departs Guests arrive to the yacht at 5pm. Snacks and welcome drink served, this is not an open bar. Dinner is ashore on clients expense. Continental breakfast provided next morning. Vessel departs at noon. • This yacht only accepts the CYBA agreement.
• 15% maximum commission including travel agents.
• Special Conditions:
• 1. The CHARTERER will have use of 3 ensuite queen cabins.
• 2. Smoking is only permitted on the transom of the yacht.
• 3. All charter guests are required to sign the vessel’s Hold Harmless and Release Liability Waiver prior to the their charter. This is a requirement of the vessel’s insurance. There may be additional waivers needed for water sports and diving.
• 4. A customary crew gratuity is not included in the charter fee. A standard amount for a gratuity in the charter industry is 15-20% of the charter fee at the discretion of the CHARTERER. This gratuity should be given to the Captain/Crew of the vessel at the end of the charter, the crew prefers Cash or a direct transfer via Wise.
• 5. This yacht has full air conditioning and overnight air conditioning is included in the charter rate and available for overnight use if the CHARTERER requests it.
• 6. Travel insurance, Cancellation/Curtailment insurance and Charterer's Liability Insurance is highly recommended.
